DO YOU WANT THIS TOO? With ZENITH Purpose Anatomy you define the reason of existence of your organisation, give your employees a sense of direction and deliver your promise by means of your organisational structure and your products.
HOW DOES IT WORK? With the ZENITH Purpose Anatomy method it becomes relatively easy to define your ´raison d´etre´. With a pick-and-choose tool, all possible options and combinations within purpose are made visible. By working with different people from different departments, you come to agree on a shared definition of purpose and a shared sense of direction. Next you are ready to become an organisation that actually fulfills her purpose.
The basis for the ZENITH method is the card deck that consists of 7 ‘Purpose Anatomies’ with each 7 cards, that you will use to build your own Purpose Anatomy. The 49 cards confront you with the following choices: What do I want, Why do I want this and How am I going to achieve it?
Next, you can use your ZENITH Purpose Definition for Enterprise Design, Employee Direction of External Validity. You can also use ZENITH to analyse how purpose driven your organisation currently is. The ZENITH method then utilizes various existing and proven management methods, in order to make sure that you will deliver and communicate your purpose accordingly.
WHY DOES THIS WORK? The ZENITH method is based on deep literature research and is designed on the basis of an analysis and categorisation of thousands of corporate and personal values in order for you to select a well-considered purpose definition within no-time.

Whether you are an HR professional, interaction designer, manager or company owner, consultant, trainer or coach, ZENITH is suited to be integrated with your usual workflow. Would you like to use ZENITH in your own practice? Then participate in an official Zenith training day. You will receive the extended Manual, a card deck and you can use the title ‘official Zenith Facilitator’. A training day costs €995 (€750 introduction price in 2022), and every year there is a free Zenith afternoon to discuss with your fellow Zenith users. The first training days are in Dutch, English versions are online (see next section).

Abovementioned training is given online in 4 sessions of 1,5 hours in 2 months. The upcoming session is in English and starts in December 2022. This costs €750 and includes a card deck, access to the Extended Resource and to the online tool during the training.
